How do I get the free inspection?
Step 1: Find products or suppliers that support free order inspection

1. Only Gold Suppliers based in China can provide the free order inspection service during the March Expo
2. The free order inspection service is worth US $150
3. There is no limit to the number of times that you can receive a free inspection service, each eligible order will qualify but first come and first served
4. Please use your inspection service before 31 July, 2018
5. If you make a Trade Assurance order for more than US $3,000 before 5 March, you will need to amend your order to choose free inspection service then pay your initial payment more than $1000 and above to enjoy it.

The logistics service is only available to US buyers who make a Trade Assurance order. You must register with Alibaba.com and make your payment through Alibaba.com to enjoy our logistics service.
You need to start the Trade Assurance order and chose “LCL service” in the shipping section of the checkout process. .
Are there any discounts on shipping for March Expo?
Yes! US buyers completing a Trade Assurance Ensure that your supplier completes the LCL order information before July 31 can enjoy 15% off shipping costs (excluding optional services like ISF, unloading at door, customs bond or customs clearance).

Not exactly. Alibaba.com works with two trusted inspection service providers in China who can do quality control checks on your products before they are shipped.
How do I get inspection on my products?
As with Alibaba.com’s new logistics service, the inspection service is offered on Trade Assurance orders during the check-out process. Once you start the order, you’ll see an option to add inspection to your order.
How much does inspection cost?
Usually, inspection by Bureau Veritas (who do random checks on up to 50 products) costs $88 US. Inspection by the China Certification & Inspection Group (CCIC) costs $150 US (this includes checks on up to 500 products).
What’s the March Expo benefit for inspection?
Buyers who make a Trade Assurance order for more than US $3,000 and make an initial payment no less than US $1,000 during the promotion period will enjoy FREE INSPECTION from CCIC, valued at $150 US.
There is no limit to the number of times you can use free inspection on separate Trade Assurance orders over $3,000 as long as all transactions occur during the promotion period.
How do I qualify for free inspection?
You need to be a registered member of Alibaba.com and place your Trade Assurance order (over $3,000) between 5 March, 2018 and 31 March, 2018.
Can I get free inspection on every order?
Free inspection is only valid in China, and only Gold Suppliers based in China can provide the free inspection service during March Expo.

How does it work?
Trade Assurance orders were formerly processed through a Hong Kong Citibank account. Now, you can pay to a US-based Citibank account.
Will that save me money?
On average, transaction fees through the US-based Trade Assurance service will be $15 lower than through the Hong Kong.
Okay, but will that save me time?
Also yes. The normal processing time for US orders is now 2-3 days, instead of 3-7 days.
