About products and suppliers

Research statistics show that TVs are replaced every 7-8 years on average. But as TV prices fall and more households want to have multiple TVs, people replace TVs on a more frequent basis. A more economical way is to shift focus to used TVs. Get the full experience at cheap prices, from used LED TVs to used LCD TVs, frameless TVs to framed TVs, and used flat TVs to used curved TVs.

Used TVs also require your elaborate consideration. Here are some introductions to different types of used TVs!

LED vs. LCD

Although they have different names, LED TV is just a specific type of LCD TV. It controls where light is displayed via a liquid crystal display panel. Older LCD TVs used cold cathode fluorescent lamps to provide lighting. Meanwhile, LED TVs rely on an array of smaller, more efficient light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to illuminate the screen. Since the technology is much better, almost all LCD TVs use LED lights now and are colloquially considered LED TVs.

Frameless vs. Framed

With frameless TVs, you have more space for the screen without the need to increase the size of the device. However, one of the most significant downsides of this type of TV is how fragile and inflexible it is. Simple mistakes can lead to a damaged display. Framed TVs will present a smaller picture than frameless ones, but they are definitely sturdier.

Flat Screen vs. Curved Screen

Curved screens can fill up more of the users’ peripheral vision, allowing users to focus more on the content. When watching a movie or playing a game, this engrossing experience can be challenging to beat. The downside to this style of TV is that its curved display can catch light from more angles. As a result, the glare will make some parts of the screen more difficult to look at. While on the other hand, flat screens may not be able to provide the equivalent immersive experience, but the glare will be less of a problem.

Other than the above types of TVs, you can also consider used 4K TVs, from used 55-inch TV to used 75-inch TV, and even used smart TVs that are also available on Alibaba.com!
