Oil refining machines are used for refining oil from plants or workshops where the oil is extracted.

Different types of oil refining machines and their features

Seed oil refining machine has both dehydration and particle filtration system where the device alarm will notify users when there is an abnormality that needs to be fixed. Therefore, when the equipment is in danger, the internal safety system will force the equipment to stop operating automatically. Cottonseed oil refining machines and rapeseed oil refining machines are equipped with a main filtration system to protect the oil pump. The filtration system contains a vacuum pump that removes the gas in the transfer chamber to form a high vacuum condition to let the oil enters the degassing chamber through the atomizing device under negative pressure. The crude oil refining machine has an atomizer. The oil is atomized into particles or bubbles, the water is quickly evaporated into steam under a vacuum, and the gas is released into the atmosphere through the vacuum pump. The palm oil refining machine is equipped with an atomizer with an inverted structure to let the oil mist passes through the degassing chamber, thereby greatly extending the oil degassing time. Animal oil refining machines and food oil refining machines are equipped with a heating system. In order to increase the efficiency of the degasser, the oil needs to be heated to a certain temperature before entering the degasser chamber. The higher the temperature, the higher the degassing efficiency. The heater is equipped with a liquid-level detection device, which will indicate to the users when there is no oil in the heater to prevent the oil refining barrel from cracking.

Daily maintenance procedures of an oil refining machine

First, after working for a certain period, the filter mesh must be cleaned or replaced due to dirt clogging. When the vacuum degree reaches -0.07~ -0.1mpa, the oil viscosity is low, the liquid-level control ball valve is fully opened, and the oil intake speed is slower than the oil pump oil discharge speed, the filter mesh should be removed for maintenance. The filter mesh can be cleaned using gasoline and alkaline cleaning fluid, and the dirt in the mesh holed can be expelled using the compressed air blower between the mesh holes. Before installation, check whether the filter mesh is damaged.
