Greaseproof paper, often baking or parchment paper, is usually a sheet of unbleached paper with a specialized silicone coating. This coating provides a nonstick, heat-resistant surface, making it vital in the kitchen. What are the features of greaseproof paper?

Greaseproof paper or Aluminium foil?

It all depends on the application. Aluminum foil is used for high-heat cooking, such as grilling.
