Q1.Do your lighting have CE or more certificates?

MSTAR: Yes, we have CE certificate and CB, IEC, SASO, ROHS, SONCAP, etc. we also have ISO 9001..

Q2.How could you ensure your product quality? If any quality problem, how to deal with it?

MSTAR: Our factory was established in 2006, every lamps will be checked one by one 4times in our factory. Meanwhile, we have a professional QC team, who will check and control all of orders from raw material to finish goods, all products will dohigh-pot test and lighting aging test;

Q3.How about your delivery time?

MSTAR: It depends on the order quantity. Generally, it will take about 7 -- 10 days after receiving the deposit for small order. And it will need 20~25 days for bulk order ( over 10，000 pieces of each watt).

Q4.Do you have MOQ requirement? Can you accept mix items for FCL order?

MSTAR: We have low MOQ requirement for 100pcs. We prefer you can mix items for FCL order for save both side cost.
