Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly.
Q5. We think your price is high, what could you do for this?
A: Generally speaking, our price is competitive, because we both know that high price means losing of competitive advantage,
customers absolutely like high qualified products with nice price. What's more, if you still think our price is a little bit
higher than others, the reason lies in the material, for example, the pole of tripod, other may use aluminum, while we use
stainless steel with thicker diameter, which in other words, the difference of quality is obvious. I firmly believe that our
customers will not only pay attention to the price of products, most importantly, should be the quality.

A: Honestly, any supplier would try their best to avoid the happening of complaints from customers. If it unfortunately happened, we will figure out the reason of the complaint the first time and give reasonable explanation as well as apology to our customers. Besides, we will take compensation methods to make up customers if it is due to our mistakes or neglects bringing them big loss. We definitely hope this would never happen forever.
