Synthetic blood penetration test:

1. Spray 2 mL of synthetic blood to the mask at a pressure of 10.7 kPa (80 mmHg). There should be no infiltration on the inside of the mask.

2. YY 0469-2011 synthetic blood penetration test for surgical masks:

3. Spray 2 mL of synthetic blood to the mask at a pressure of 16.0 kPa (120 mmHg). There should be no infiltration on the inside of the mask.

YY 0469-2011 synthetic blood penetration test for surgical masks:

1. Number of samples: Test with 3 samples.

2. Sample pretreatment: Pretreat the sample for at least 4 hours at a temperature of (21 ± 5) C and a relative humidity of (85 ± 5)%, and perform the test within 1 minute after taking out.
