Our factory will provide one year warranty for LCD panel and lifelong maintenance. Non-human damage during the warranty period: Buyer returns the product to our factory for repairing and bears the shipping freight. After the maintenance, our factory will send it back and bears the shipping freight. If the freight is higher than the damaged parts, we will send good parts to the buyer directly free of charge. If having large quantities quality problem,our factory will send technicians for repairing, and bears all maintenance costs.

Buyer sends back damaged products back to our factory. Our factory technician will repair and send it back. Buyer bears the freight and the cost of repairing parts.
