Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What about the location and scale? A: Yes, we have our own factories (main manufacturing base is close to Shanghai, details please refer to "company profile" tag). Founded in 2011 with a registered capital of ￥11 million, LJ Furniture Group is specializes in R&D, manufacturing and processing furniture (National High-tech Enterprise). With high speed development in these years, we have achieved annual revenue of approximate ￥100 million, built support team of hundreds of colleagues. The location of Jiashan factory is convenient to Shanghai or Ningbo, which is only 50 minutes' drive from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. Q: How about the production capacity for your factory in a month?  A: Currently we have monthly capacity of 100*40HQ containers for overseas market. The capacity is increasable according to clients' demand. Q: What is your delivery time? A: Normally 30 days after receiving the deposit. However, for some certain fabric or leather which need long lead time, it will take longer.

Customization & Design
Q: Can you accept customization or OEM orders? A: Yes, with our advanced Product R&D IT System and Factory Management Information System, we have capabilities to delivery better customization and small order services. Q: How to customize my requirement? A: √ Basic: LOGO, manual, bar codes, etc. √ Fabric & leather can be customized (with reasonable MOQ). √ In most cases, products can be customized to be 1 seater, 2 seater, 3 seater, stool and sectional or even modular (with reasonable MOQ). √ Normally, legs shape or colors can be changed (most recliner models excluded). √ For some fixed models, we can change them to be recliners, sofa bed, or add storage in their seats or backs, etc. Vice versa. (with reasonable MOQ) √ For most fixed models, length be resized. √ When depth and height are required to be resized, MOQ will be at least 1*40HQ Also, we welcome your own design. Since we will need large investment in R&D department, we will need at least 1*40HQ MOQ (Special cases please negotiate with our sales colleagues).  
Transection Terms
Q: Do you provide sample service? A: Yes, we provide sample service with reimbursable surcharge. You pay the sample price (higher than bulk purchase), and we will deduct the price difference when bulk order of this model comes (more than 1*40HQ per model). Q: What is your MOQ? A: Our MOQ is 40HQ, surcharge is applicable for smaller orders (20GP is acceptable for test orders), and you can mix 2-3 models in it. For some items with stock, we can lower MOQ. Q: Why are your prices different from as it shown on Alibaba? A: The prices on Alibaba are just price ranges for references, actual price will be affected by order quantity, material selection, logistic choices, payment terms, etc. Q: What are your payment term requirements? A: Normally 30% deposit during the confirmation of orders. TT terms up to different market and client.
