Payment Terms.
1. 30% T/T deposit before production, 70% balance should be paid before shipping.
2. Delivery: Samples will ship in 5 days after receiving full payment.
Mass order, after confirm all custom OEM materials, delivery time is usually 25-30 days.
3. Sample Order: We accept samples order on the basic of stocks.

A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we received your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us via email so that we will prioritise your inquiry. Q2. How can I get a sample to check the product quality?A: After price confirmation, you can request samples to inspect our product quality. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample, as long as you are willing to cover the cost of shipment.Q3. How long can I expect to get the sample?A: After you paid for the sample and sent us the confirming files, our samples will be ready for delivery within 3 to 7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.Q4. How long does the whole procedure take to work out?A: After you place an order, the production handling time is about 20-30 days. We need 10-15 days to prepare all the stuff then 10-15 days to manufacture.Q5.What about the transportation and delivery date?A: We usually use shipment to transport the goods that takes about 20-35 days. It also denpends on your country and your nearest port. It could be faster if the final destination is in proximity to us (e.g. Asia). OEM order for logo below 1000 pieces requires you to cover up the cost of initiating the custom production line ($0.3 per 10 units), if above 1000 pieces, we are happy to do that for you with no additional fee. For special colour or patterning, it is roughly $0.45 per unit depends on the materials (can be negotiated if above 500 pieces).
