4. Do you accept OEM design order? What should be provided when placing an order?
Yes, we accept OEM design order. There are 3 different way to make an OEM order,
-Customers should provide information including design sketch/artwork, color, material, size chart, method, label, and logo artwork, the quantity of the order, etc.
-Customers delivery an existed sample and ask us to follow the sample to make products.
-We help customer or give our suggestion with design / size/ material/ method etc.
5. What are your delivery terms?
We accept EXW, FOB, etc. Customers can choose delivery by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, etc), by air, by sea, or if the customer has any agent in China, can ask the agent to come to our factory and pick up the cartons.
Usually, we can send the goods within 1-2 work days after the payment, for stock products, and the door to door express will get to your about 5-6 work days.
