The principles of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) oxygen generator are adsorption and desorption.

Each gas has a characteristic adsorption rate that when adsorbed by Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS). ZMS has large surface area containing volumes of micro pores and passageways. Oxygen has a higher adsorption rate than nitrogen. When compressed air enters CMS, Nitrogen molecules are able to pass through this large surface, and oxygen molecules are adsorbed to the surface area.

  Adsorption and diffusion are the general principles of the PSA system since each gas has a characteristic adsorption rate that is a function of its ability to be adsorbed by a molecular sieve. The adsorption process can produce a range of gas with purities 95%-99.9995% oxygen.



CanGas® CAPN-C Portable Small Scale Box-type PSA Nitrogen Generator is suitable for small capacity nitrogen applications. There are three standard models covering nitrogen production flow rate from 1.0Nm³/h to 14.0Nm3/h with nitrogen purity from 95% to 99.9%.

2003, CAN GAS cooperated with Chinese PLA Air Force, started to supply NL Altitude Simulator for training Chinese astronauts.

2008, CAN GAS supplied nitrogen generator for Beijing Olympics food testing center.

In 2013, we built a large-scale plateau oxygen-enriched system for Jiaduobao Group Qinghai Yuzhufeng Mineral Water Co., Ltd., which is currently the highest altitude and largest oxygen-rich system project in China.


In 2015,  CAN GAS provided the PLA the plateau with on-site oxygen generator system. The operating temperature of the equipment is -40 ° C ­ - 70 ° C, the use of altitude is more than 4,500 meters.
