Q: Do you provide samples ? is sample free?
A: We offer existing sample for free, and there is charge for printed sample per customer requirement
it is customer's side to bear the courier cost.
customer offer sample, design or idea, we make counter sample.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: It usually takes 10 days to finish an order and 7 days to finish an sample after the approval of artwork file.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment)

Q: Is there any way to guaranty on trading safety for us?
A: We strongly recommend payment by insurance payment for customer's benefit. reasons are as below:
*1.charging fee through is low.
*2.payment will not be paid to suppliers untill buyers confirm they receive the order.
*3. has rights to refund payment to buyers if they confirm it is supplier's duty in a complaint.
*4.all trading data will be recorded in buyer's account and credit, which help you to get more trust from other suppliers.
