Q2. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes. We welcome your sample order for test and check our quality.
Q3. Can I add my logo to the screen?
Yes, please send us your logo design before our production.
Q4. How do you assure the quality of your product?
A: Our products passed CE, FCC, ROHS, CB, and PSE, etc. certificate.
We also select our supplier for raw materials with strict rules;
2/3 of our worker with skilled, high-quality production technology in rich experience (at least 3 years);
Each order before delivery, we'll do 72 hours continued aging testing;
Q5. Do you offer guarantees for your LED display screens?
A: Yes. We offer 2 years warranty for most of our production,
if customers have special requests for the raw materials, 3~5 years available too.
Q6. What about the lead time:
A: The dimension less than 10sqm, production 15 days as usually;
More than 10sqm, require for 18 ~ 20 days.
Q7. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: BESDLED located in Zhonghaixin Innovation Industry park,
Longgang District, Shenzhen, China 518112.
From Shenzhen, Bao'an airport comes to our factory require for 25 minutes only.
