Product Description

Based on years of experience in the metallurgical industry, we have developed a tunnel wire rod surface treatment production line of fully automatic & enclosed type. It's maximum production capacity can reach 300,000 tons/year. Its excellent performance and reasonable price has attracted wire rope customers from China and southeast Asia.



Fully enclosed production -- the production process is conducted in a closed tank, isolated from the outside world;The resulting acid mist is extracted from the tower and purified; Greatly reduce the pollution to the environment; Isolating the effects of the production on the operator's health;

Structure of equipment:



From the front view, the production line is mainly composed of the following equipment:


Process sink(tank)-- wire rod immersed in it to complete the process;

Tunnel-- totally closed structure, connected with acid mist pipe;

Manipulator-- responsible for the transport of wire rod, depending on the output, equipped with 2~3 sets;

Hook-- carrier for manipulator carrying wire rod;

Flushing mechanism-- mechanical equipment attached to the flushing tank for internal and external flushing of wire rod;

Walkway - for the operators to walk, to check the operation of equipment;

Steel structure-- installed on both sides of the equipment, with track installed on the top, for the manipulator to move; It also acts as a support structure for the installation of tunnels and acid mist pipes.

Acid mist pipeline-- the circulation pipeline for acid mistfrom tunnel to the acid mist tower;

Acid mist purification tower -- extract the acid mist in the tunnel for purification, andproduce negative pressure in the tunnel;

Control system -- electrical control system, used to realize the operation control of the whole pickling line; according to the needs of users, it can realize full automatic control, semi-automatic control and manual control.

Users can set multiple sets of process parameters, each set of process parameters can correspond to a different time in the tank. Users can call different process parameters at any time according to the process requirements to easily realize the production requirements of different processes;


Equipment operation mode:
The equipment is a sequential process, no round or repeated processes, making the operation the simplest and most economical.
A. Fill production media, such as acid, phosphating liquid and water, into the tank to reach the required liquid level;
B. Wait for the temperature of production medium to rise to the set temperature;
C. In the loading and unloading waiting area, use forklift or driving equipment to insert the wire rod into the empty lifting hook;
D. Cut the other strapping belt of the wire rod and keep one strapping belt;Or cut off all the strapping, and re-strap;
E. When the loading and unloading area is at the same end of the production line, the manipulator grabs the hook loaded with the wire rod and sends it to the first tank -- hot rinsing tank;When the loading and unloading areas are at different ends of the production line, the manipulator grabs the hook loaded with the wire rod and sends it to the first tank -- water seal tank;
F. After the immersion time arrives or the process is completed, the manipulator grabs the hook and sends it to the next tank successively;
G. After the wire rod has completed all the process in the tank that needs to be used, the manipulator will send the hook with wire rod to the unloading area;
H. Operators use forklift or crane to remove the finished wire rod from the hook;
I. Repeat the process of c~h.

100% Factory Tested Prior to Shipment

All our control cabinets are fully tested before they leave our factory. This includes applying power and testing all the branch circuits and testing all I/O points to their terminal blocks. We read inputs back through the PLC and force outputs from the processor to ensure proper operation. Any additional operator controls such as Hand-Off-Auto switches and motor starters are also completely tested.
