B.How to make carbonated drink?
1000L carbonated drink
50 times concentrated syrup: 20L
First step: 20L 50 times concentrated syrup mixed with 180L pure water. (85°C)
Second step: Make the liquid of First step pass to the cooling tank, Make their temperature below to 5°C
Third step: Make the carbon dioxide pass the carbon filter and dry.
Forth step: Make the liquid of second step pass to Beverage Mixing Machine, and inlet the Third step carbon dioxide to the Beverage Mixing Machine
Fifth step: After this step, Make the liquid of Forth step into the filling machine.(Bottle from the blow machine.)
Six step: After filling, make the bottle pass the Bottle warmer machine
Seven step: Shrink sleeve labeling machine,Code sprayer,Shrink packing machine
C.How to use them making the juice
First step: 20L 50 times concentrated syrup mixed 49kg pure water heating to 80 degree and filling is OK. When you sue it very easy. When you shipping it, normal temperature container is OK. it can save your shipping fee.
