3 working principle
The power is converted into the reciprocating motion of the plunger through the crank linkage mechanism. When the plunger is retracted, the inlet valve is opened and the outlet valve is closed due to the vacuum suction, and the water is sucked into the cylinder; when the plunger advances, As the water pressure in the pump rises, the inlet valve is closed, the outlet valve is opened, and the high pressure water is discharged from the outlet valve through the high pressure pipe.
The establishment of the pump pressure depends on the damping of the pump outlet. If the damping is large, the pressure is high, and vice versa.

5 use and operation
Before use, the lubricating oil (N68-GB3142-82) should be injected into the crankcase to half of the oil mark.
Connect the matching water outlet pipe, water inlet pipe, water suction filter and bypass pipe to check whether the fasteners and each pipe joint are loose.
Connect the pump inlet and outlet pipes, and install a filter device of not less than 40 mesh/inch at the inlet pipe to prevent debris from entering the pump and affect the normal operation of the pump.
5.2 Startup and operation
Generally, the unloading valve has been adjusted to the rated pressure, no need to adjust. If it needs to be adjusted again, the gun should be fired first.
