Productive Process

1. Raw Materials
All the raw materials are purchased from our own contracted farmers, which will be fresh and high quality, no risk of the pesticide.

2. Cleaning & Sterilizing
Materials will be washed and sterilized, stalks, leaves and moldy materials will be removed manually.

3. Vacuum Freeze Drying
After cleaning and sterilizing, materials will be quickly frozen at minus 35C and then shape into specific sizes, back to frozen chamber again, finally dried in the vacuum freeze dryer, turned into natural delicious dried products by sublimation.

4. Testing
Products will be tested once by the metal detector and selected twice by manually. Moreover, our lab will test each bacth of product and issue Certificate Of Analysis.

5. Packing
Inner pack: 8kgsor 10kgs per double food-grade PE bag, heat sealed.
Outer pack: agglutinate carton without nails, sealed with tape.
