Packaging:

polybag individually + bubble wrap insert ,assure you the packaging is very very strong before delivery.

Any special packing request,pls just let us know,we have no problem to pack as required.
Shipping:

By commercial express delivery like Fedex,UPS,DHL..... it is faster ( 5-10 working days ). Express epacket ( 9-25 working days) ,the delivery is cheaper but has its weight limitation within 2 kg.

 Q: This is my first time buy from your company , how to arrange the shipping way for me?
A: We ususally send jewelry by DHL , FEDEX , UPS ,EMS , they are all safe and fast (usually take 5-7 days), you just waitting for your goods at your home or your office is ok .

Q: If i buy from your company , how long i can receive my goods ?
A: If you buy stock items or want to get samples from us.the goods can be arrive in 7days by express.If you place make bulk order from us , usually the production time is around 10- 15 days (sometime maybe need more days or less depends on your bulk order quantity) , lead time by express is around 5 days , by sea is around 30 days .

Q: If i paid for your company , how could i know if you send out my goods ?
A: After you paid we will arrange production or shipping soon , once we send out we will send you the tracking number,after you get the tracking number you can check at the official website or official website call , there will be staffs check the tracking number for you , once u get the tracking number you can check at website anytime , you will also know where its has arrived .

Q: What's the sample policy and sample lead time ? 
A: Usually we can offer the free sample , but quantity is at 1 piece,only pay shipping cost is ok , if you need more samples you should pay the sample charge ,but the charge will be refunded as we get your order.( old customers will be free get samples each month )
