When activated, it provides ultimate baking activity in all yeast dough- low sugar to highly sweetened breads. Xinghe dry yeast is designed for yeast-leavened bread and dough. The finished product will have the particular flavor, texture and consistency associated with a yeast-leavened product.
Dry yeast can be sorted to two types: Low Sugar and High Sugar (Sugar Tolerant)
(1). Low Sugar Instant Dry Yeast: Suitable for fermenting the dough of non-sugar or lower sugar bread.
(2). High Sugar Instant Dry Yeast: Suitable for fermenting the dough of sweet bread. High sugar rate will affect the fermenting speed.

Used for fermenting all kinds of paste, such as bread and pizza.
Natural Yeast, Emulsifier (Meet the standard of Halal Certification)
Suitable for making salty bread (low sugar) and sweet bread (high sugar).
Add 0.3~0.5% of the flour's use amount. (Low Sugar)
Add 0.8~1.2% of the flour's used amount. (High Sugar)

How to Use
Mixing the yeast into flour, add water, and stir well. Or, knead with the paste as dough for fermenting.
Control the water temperature and the fermenting temperature at 35~38℃.
Avoid directly adding the bread yeast into oil or cold water.
We adopt advanced automatic vaccum packing lines. Individual units are vacuum packed in laminated aluminium foil sachets. Heat sealed. Printed with the content of Xinghe brands or customized brands' content. (A plate making fee for customized package is needed, which will be returned when order quantity reach 10x20'gp containers)
For export orders, we adopt strong seaworthy carboard cartons. Be different from other suppliers, our cartons are made of the pulp carboard imported from the USA. Real Virgin pulp paper. Thin and light, but stronger. Inner bags and cartons are printed with production codes, production date, shelf life, and manufacturer information. (Customized brands' inner and outer package can be printed with customized information.)
All the products will be transported to Dalian seaport by land, and are laden into the container there. Our order operation team will go to the seaport to inspect the goods, and to supervise the whole process of container loading. Try our best to ensure that goods are in good condition while loading. Photos will be sent to customers for approve.
