Q1. Is the hair virgin unprocessed?
A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q2. Will the hair shedding or tangle?
A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over a year if taken good care.
Q3. Why the hair has grey hair?
A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle
Q4. How many bundles for a full head?
12"-14": 2 bundles, 16"-20": 3 bundles, 22"-28": 4 bundles or more.
Q5. How long is the processing and shipment time?
A: We have enough hair in stock, we will ship the goods within 12 hours after the verifying time, shipment will take 3-5 days.
Q6. How to care hair?
A:1.Please do use the cold or the warm water instead of the hot water to clean hair ; 2.Add a dash of good quality shampoo and swish gently; 3.Shake out do not brush when wet and drip dry; 4.Rinse thoroughly in cold water; 5.Brush into desired style after hair is completely dry; 6.Curls will snap back into position when hair is completely dry
Q7:How long does it last?
A: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer.
If you buy 100% virgin hair and take good care of the hair, it can last for over one year.
Q8: Why the colors of hair extensions don`t seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A: Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference. You could dye the hair if you need different colour.
Q9. What is your Returns/Exchange policy?
A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.
