AJ_INOUE_04.jpg   The biggest feature of our products is that they are seamless (no sewing required).
Conventional knitwear products are made by knitting the body section, sleeves, and other parts separately before sewing them together into a single product. Seamless knitwear, however, requires no sewing as they are knitted as a whole.
Therefore, there are no issues of stitches on the seam coming into contact with your skin, and since the overall silhouette of the knitted garment is three-dimensional, its form fits the human body extremely well.

Hence, the comfort of our products is remarkably superior to conventional knitwear. Production is also efficient in terms of raw materials, time, and individual processes, enabling quick delivery and mass production.
Non-sewn knitted fabric also has the potential to be harnessed for products beyond the conceptual framework of conventional apparel. We are currently handling orders for the production of items such as car seats and partitions.

We are the largest knitwear manufacturer in Japan and we specialize in manufacturing knitwear products using whole garment machines.
Since becoming a corporation as a knitwear manufacturer in 1989 and equipping ourselves with the first whole garment machine in the world in 1995, we have consistently focused on the production of apparel using whole garment machines and sales of these apparel.
Using whole garment machines reduces yarn loss and expedites the production process as compared to conventional knitwear products, therefore enabling production that is in line with modern industrial concepts of "eco, sustainability".
Currently, we own about 100 whole garment machines, and we are able to produce 350,000 items per year.
Our wide variety of whole garment machines allows us to manufacture products ranging from low gauge to high gauge (3G to 15G).
Unlike conventional knitting machines, production using whole garment machines requires less post-processing effort, which makes quicker delivery possible.AJ_INOUE_12.jpg
