1. The warranty of the car dvd is one year, we have been sold car dvd for almost 8 years, we can supply the most professional aftersale service.
2. If you bought the car dvd from us, we will supply the lifetime aftersale service for you, you can ask us for navigation update or new firmware if we get any new.
About Shipment (Important):
1. We will declare the real order price to the customs, please kindly note about it.
2. Customs fee and Taxes are the buyers responsibility, we seller cannot control it and will no be responsible for this, please kindly note about it before you place the order.
Usually 98% customers can get the item without Customs fee, so you don't need worry about it.
If the item has been returned because of the buyer's refusion to clear the customs or receive the parcel, the shipping postgae and the expensive return fee will be fallen to the buyers responsibility.
3. If your shipping address belongs to remote area in the shipping company's shipping system, you need to add the remote fee $35 for your parcel delivery or change a more rural shipping address, otherwise your parcel cannot be sent out.

4. If the parcel has been lost in transit, we will full refund you or send a new one.
