Washing Part:
This part includes clamps ,the components of separating water and nozzles. They all adopts stainless steel material. Nozzles have got small touch to bottle mouth,they can avoid the secondary polluction.
Filling part:
There are filling vavles , driving part and liquid storage part in this part.The valves fill rapidly and accurately without losing of liquid.
Capping part:
Capping machine drives revolved plated by gear.Cap uploading unit has air blower and conveyor belt .They could be chosen by customer.Only right cap goes into conveyor and send to cap solt.The quantity inspects by sensor and capping machine control the cap conveyor.The machine stops while it haven't got any caps.

After equipment reached the workshop of customer, place the equipment according to plane layout we offered.
