1st Procedure: Providing remote instruction service by email/phone/video chat within 24 hours once receiving the failure report from customer ;
2nd Procedure: Preparing and sending out FOC Spare Parts for replacement within 48 hours if it is available in stock;
3rd Procedure: Dispatching Engineer for Onsite Service if it is necessary while the failures couldn't be fixed by customer within 72 hours after remote instructions.
