Q1:How many rolls in one carton box?
It depends on customers' request, for hand rolls it will be 4 or 6rolls in one carton box, for machine use, it will be 1 roll/ctn. You can use pallet packing without carton box, but this will cause the problem for the film, it may happen collapsed.

Q10:Would I be able to wrap a few cardboard moving boxes in this to keep moisture out?
Yes, I believe so. It is like shrink wrap & really holds tight when over-lapped
Q11:Do you need to heat the plastic to be be able to get something wrapped?
No, it will simple stick to itself.
Q12:what is the mil thickness?
I would say it is about two to three times as thick as a good plastic wrap that you get out of your kitchen. It is very malleable but if you wrap enough times it will hold most anything together. Like if you want to wrap up your significant other... Anyway, I hope this info helps.
Q13:Is this waterproof?
It is basically a giant roll of Saran Wrap. It will certainly keep something like rain water off of what it covers as long as it is wrapped tight enough and the item is completely covered, but if it were submerged or had a constant flow of water on it, I doubt it.
