1.What is your MOQ?
Styles In stock: MOQ is 5 pcs/per style and per color
Styles out of stock: MOQ is 50 pcs/per style.
2.Can I use my logo/label/tag on your products?
Yes, any customized logo/label/tag is welcomed, meanwhile, please provide the digital file and size to us.
3.Can I get a sample before make a bulk order? How about the sample fees?
Certainly, we are also support you check samples before placing orders. The sample fee will be charged before production, and when you make a bulk, the samples fee will be returned.
4.How long does it takes to make the sample?
If we have the sample you need in stock, the samples will be delivered within 2 days. If not in stock, it will takes 3-7 days to make the samples.
5.How long does it takes to make the bulk order?
After you confirm the PP samples and we receive the pre-payment, we will start production, and it will takes about 15-40 days to finish the bulk order, depending on the qty.
6.How to send the goods/samples?
We can send the goods/samples by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, E-PACKET, EUB, Etc. Or we can send to your shipping agent in China if you have. And if you want shipping them by sea, normally, our departure port is Shanghai port and Ningbo port, we can also accept any port you determined.

Our payment terms is: 30% pre-payment before production, and 70% balance payment before shipping.

9. How to make orders with us?
Package: 1pcs/poly bag , 40-60pcs/carton , or as you required.
Port(By sea): Shanghai port, Ningbo port, or your determined port in China.
Airport: Shanghai airport, Hangzhou airport, or your determined port in China.

1.We can purchase according to the fabric you specified, and the fabric will be inspecting to ensure all fabric in good quality.
2.In production, each process is in standard, if not, the process will be rework.
3.After production finished, our experienced QC team will check the goods. Certified products will be package, substandard products will be rework or discard.
4.Before delivery, the goods will be random checking, The goods will be delivered after passing the inspection.
