1.We supply fresh, live scallops from beaches throughout Hokkaido.
2.Production relay in various parts of Hokkaido is also possible.

|1||Unloading||Unloading on the beaches in the morning.|
|2||Packing preparation||Delivered to a plant nearby, placed in a water tank for a day, cooled, and sand removed.|
|3||Packaging||After sorting (removal of broken, dead and small clams) placed in a styrofoam box with ice packs.|
|4||Transport||Land transport via refrigerated cars to New Chitose Airport. Then transported by air to destination.|
Packaging varies according to the product. Generally, live fish and fresh seafood is packaged with ice packs in styrofoam. Transport is mainly by air. Frozen products depend on the product (cardboard boxes, styrofoam, gusset bags) Transport is by ship.
