A:Designs from Nixiya company which were mass produced, usually takes only 2 days to make a sample;
Latest designs either from Nixiya or from the buyer,which was never been bulk produced in Nixiya, usually takes 710 days to make a sample.
2 .Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 100pcs/color/item.
The larger the quantity, the lower the average labor cost and the unit price.
3. Q: Your Quality control process?
A: Our experienced QC team inspect fabric quality and color before production, inspect the cutting size, quality, color and artwork during production process, inspect each final products after cargo's ready before packing process.
We usually produce 5%-10% spare garments for replace the random quality problem ones.
4. Q: What's your packing way?
A: Standard export packing. 1pc / poly bag;
Our standard carton sizes are 30*35*50cm, 30*40*50cm;
Summer dresses: 50pcs/carton; Summer sleeveless shirts: 100pcs/carton. Jeans: 60pcs/carton.
Autumn&winter jackets or sweaters: 30pcs/carton;

5. Q: What is your delivery time for bulk production orders?
A: Normally the production takes 15-25 days depends on the order quantity .

A: If there is still any quality problems such as sizes wrong after you received the products,
please feedback within 7 days, and arrange to return the products, we could make new ones for you to replace.
