Baker’s Oven is established in 1998 by the founder, Mr Jason Ng. Baker’s Oven is one of Singapore’s leading manufacturers and wholesale supplier of frozen bakery or confectionery products, cakes, bread, traditional Asian Biscuits, festive seasons’ products such as Mid-Autumn moon cakes, Chinese New Year goodies/cookies, Christmas log cakes, Hari Raya tray cakes, etc.. The Company has adopted the innovative frozen technology to extend the self-life of the product products for maximum 12 months.
Through constant research and innovation as well as the Company’s ability to adapt to market trends. Baker’s Oven is capable of making appropriate recommendations and customize new and innovative products to our customers.
The Company adheres to strict quality control guidelines in an automated bakery with specialized equipment from Europe and Japan. In a move to achieve international class standards, Baker’s Oven is SAC HACCP & ISO 22000:2005 certified. The Company is also Halal certified by MUIS Singapore to capture the Muslim market.
Baker’s Oven has upgraded the semi automation production to fully automated specialized equipment from Europe include units of dough mixer, laminating equipment, forming line, panning machine to transfer finished products to baking pans or packaging trays and packing line which were successfully installed and in full operation in Year 2011/2012. In April 2018, Baker’s Oven has shifted to 1E Senoko Crescent consists of area 20,000sq feet food factory to accommodate the existing specialized equipment as well as the new automated Smartline to replace our 3 manual lines in order to improve productivity and capacity for the expansion.
The products are supplied to hypermarkets, supermarkets, cafes, petrol kiosks, food caterers, school caterers, corporate offices, hotel, airline industry, private receptions, and event organizers for all occasions.
