1: What service will your company be able to provide?
As a manufacturer we produce all types of Sports Wears, Sports Equipment's, Casual Wears, Fitness Wears, Work Wears, Leather Wears, Gloves, Beekeeping Equipment's and all types of Garments in our own factory. While some of our valued clients ordered the goods other than mentioned above, so to meet their requirements we expand our business line and provide more choices to our clients.
2: Can we order sample for inspection?
Samples can be ordered for test and approval purpose. Sample charges will be quoted depending upon the item, quantity, design, any special requirements etc. Samples production time is usually 7 to 9 days depending on the product, specifications, model, design etc. If the Bulk Order's amount becomes more than US$1000 then we'll adjust 50% of the sampling amount into bulk order's Invoice. Once we build our Good Business relation history then we can offer Free Samples too.
3: Which payment options are available?
Payments can be made through Bank Transfer T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card and Direct transfer into accounts in USA, UK & Australia. Other payment options can be arranged depending upon agreed terms and ordered products.
Note: Payment made through Paypal will also charge extra 6% transaction fee of the whole order amount.

Our company Head Office is located in USA-Indianapolis and Branch Offices at UK-Brighton, Australia-Queensland and manufacturing unit in Pakistan-Sialkot. Based from hundred years and due to its highest quality of export products, it is known as City of Sports-Sialkot.
5: Do you offer OEM service?
We do offer OEM custom design and logo to our customers. Custom logos can be placed on each product as per client's specifications as well as special requested designs based on customer's instructions.
6: What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on product you want to purchased, however special arrangements can be made and offered for small, test or trial orders.
7: How can we get our products if we place an order with your Company?
It is very convenient for us to send the goods to your office or home address. We do our best to deliver order within a short time and with lowest shipping cost. Our most used express companies are DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT & EMS. Our shipments are supported by door to door services for which our customers can receive the goods in their work place instead of collecting the goods from the port.
8: What is your delivery time?
Delivery times are based on quantity ordered. Small orders are usually produced and shipped within 20 to 25 days. Large size order delivery times are confirmed once the order is placed depending upon the quantities needed and product specifications.
9: How you ensure the product quality?
All our units of operation have one goal- that is to offer the best quality products to the esteemed buyers. All the products are repeatedly tested and checked before they are made ready for dispatch. We always keep our eyes and ears open to all sorts of innovations that have been taking place in the market.
10: Can The Price Be Cheaper?
If you choose payment options Western Union or Money Gram, we will give you 1% discount on the FOB price of the order subject to order's amount becomes more than or equal to US$1000.
11: How you'll brand yourself on the items we buy?
We can do that by many branding techniques like Printing, Embroidery, Applique, Embossing, Tag Cards, Inside Woven Labels, Care Labels, Patches, etc. we'll use these techniques which ever you choose.
12: Can we have our Brand with your Brand?
Yes! You can brand your logo or name with our brand on any piece you want to get lower price.
13: How do we choose size?
We 100% customize products as per customer requirements and prefer that customer give their own size chart. However, if you are not sure about size, give us your requirements we will provide our own size chart to you for selection.
14: How about the packaging?
We pack all the products, using quality packaging material to ensure safe and secure transportation. The packaging is carried out under the supervision of our team of packaging experts, which monitors each & every activity pertaining to this process.
Standard polybag packaging is offered for each product shipped. We also offer customized packaging which will be charged based on the type of required packaging. If you have a special request for packaging, please let us know and we will help you customize it accordingly.
15: Is your Company free from child labor?
Child Labor is not allowed in our Company and we have been providing all the facilities to our Company staff and labor according to their designations and as per country law.
16: What is infrastructure of your Company?
The manufacture plant possesses all the facilities that an organization of our stature requires. Hi-tech machinery, skilled man power, research laboratory are some of the essential features of our infrastructural base. All these features contribute to the development and the progress of the organization. In fact, it is the highly equipped infrastructure that has provided us a distinct identity in our industry.
17: If product has defect when I received, what should I do?
If any product is defective upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days after you received the products. We will discuss with you for the best solution to resolve the issue and try our best to satisfy you in means like replacement of product or reduction of cost from your next order.
