• The system's central control station consists of a set of S7-400 controllers that are interconnected by a network switch and a shielded double cable. • The system uses the powerful and standard general-purpose SlMATIC WinCC configuration software and STEP 7 programming software for hardware configuration, software programming, in-circuit debugging and fault diagnosis of the entire automation system.

• The SIMATIC NET Industrial State Network for the connection of system operator stations and central control stations guarantees the reliability of data transmission between all levels and components of the plant. The industry adopts the TCP/IP protocol in the state network, and the communication rate can reach 100 Mbit/s.

• The PROFIBUS-DP process field bus for connecting the central control station and the field control station of the system fully guarantees the reliability of the system communication. The fast rate of the field bus can reach 12Mbit/s.

• The DELL IPC is selected for the operator station and engineer IPC, which fully guarantees the reliability of the hardware system of the central operator station.

• The four operator stations configured by the system are fully redundant and hot standby. When any one of the operating stations fails, any other operating station can take over the work, which fully ensures the interchangeability of the operator station.

• The controllers, relays, DC power supplies and terminal blocks of the central control station and the field control station are installed in the standard control cabinet. 100% Factory Tested Prior to Shipment

All our control cabinets are fully tested before they leave our factory. This includes applying power and testing all the branch circuits and testing all I/O points to their terminal blocks. We read inputs back through the PLC and force outputs from the processor to ensure proper operation. Any additional operator controls such as Hand-Off-Auto switches and motor starters are also completely tested.
