Aged dry red wine. Wine with protected geographical indication. Strict selection of grapes and wine material.
Vinification: fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in modern, stainless steel fermentation vats, and matured in oak barrels for 12 months. After bottling, the wine undergoes controlled aging for at least 3 months. A portion of the bottles are held for maturation collections of 2, 5 and 10 years.
Color: ruby-garnet, bright, glittery wine with light reflections of onion skins, and a pale ring in the glass.
Aroma: it opens with ripe aromas of red and black berries, jelly, spices and animal notes. A few minutes later, a tone of green pepper, earthy note and a light floral hue are added to these shades.
Taste: slightly harsh tannins, fresh tones of red and black currants, flowers and pepper are present in the taste. A light animalistic note can be felt in the spicy-floral aftertaste.
Gastronomic recommendations: wine is recommended to pair with steaks of red meat, as well as game dishes cooked with sauces, spices and herbs.
