Electric/High Pressure/Automatic Lubrication System Grease Pump are medium grease pumps driven by 220V AC power. They are suitable for single line resistance lubrication system (SLR) and progressive (PRG) lubrication systems. They feature high output pressure and 1~4 outlets for selection. In SLR systems, each of these outlets can proportionally deliver lubricant to each lubrication point according to measurement size by Control units (CU). In PRG systems, each of these outlets can form an independent lubrication system by their own distributors. Lubricant can be delivered to lubricating points at times and in quantities determined by programmed controller. Low grease level alarm can be realized by adding a level switch. A motor protection hood is used to guard against dust and rain.
Automatic Lubrication System Grease Pump Operating Principle:
1. The motor drives the reducer, and the pump device cam drives the plunger to make a linear reciprocating motion in the pump body, and sequentially realizes the oil absorption and oil discharge process.
2. There are 4 independent pump unit units (4 oil outlets), which can be arbitrarily selected. (Please specify when ordering)
3. Each oil outlet is provided with a safety valve to prevent the pump unit from being overloaded.
