Ultrasonic transducer principle

This specification is called "ultrasonic transducer", commonly known as "ultrasonic vibrator" or "ultrasonic oscillator". For ultrasonic cleaning applications, it is called "ultrasonic cleaning transducer".

The ultrasonic cleaning transducer generally adopts a horn type composite array structure (which belongs to the Langewen vibrator structure), and is composed of a front and a rear metal cover plate, a piezoelectric ceramic wafer, a prestressed screw, an electrode sheet, and an insulating sleeve. Applying appropriate pre-stress, the transducer has good electromechanical conversion efficiency under high power and high amplitude conditions.

Ultrasonic cleaning is the ultrasonic vibration generated by the transducer. The high-pressure cavitation generated by the cavitation effect in the water impacts the object to be cleaned and achieves a good cleaning effect.

Ultrasonic cleaning transducers are continuous-working medium-power transducers that are typically calculated from the average of continuous operation and their power levels.
