Q2: How to control the quality well ?
A2: Control the raw material one by one step.
1. Check raw material sample before mass production
2. Quality checking during 20% mass production
3. Quality checking during 80% mass production
4. Quality checking before sending raw material to producing department.
5. Dry material 5 to 12 hours, QC check the product by professional Moisture instrument
6. Polishing to smooth with approx 3 to 8 hours twice.
7. Pack the goods with accurate quantity within 3%, we have counting machine for checking.
Q3: How long will you deliver the goods on board ?
A3: 30~40 days for 1x40GP,20~30days for 1x 20GP.
