Description:

Amino silicone oil is a basic ingredient specially used in textile softening agents. It has the best adsorption, compatibility and emulsifying property . Amino silicone oil can be easily emulsified into stable and transparent emulsion by appropriate surfactants using mixers or homogenizers. It can be used alone or combined with other organosilicon or organic softeners to form special softening agents, which are suitable for softening of various textiles.

Amino value of amino silicone oil ranges from 0.2 to 1.2. The higher the ammonia value, the better the softness and slippage, but the bigger the yellowing.

The emulsion made of amino silicone oil with emulsifier is often used as a fabric treatment agent, which significantly improves softness, crease resistance, elasticity and tear strength. It is also used as polishing agent, paper treatment agent, coating antifreeze agent, rust and corrosion inhibitor for instruments and furniture. In addition, amino silicone oil can also be used as hair oil, hair wax and other hairdressing products, so that the hair is soft and lustrous.
