Characteristic
1) Medium frequency smelting furnace is used for smelting steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, gold, silver and other materials.

Application
Medium frequency smelting furnace is used to heat steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium, gold, silver and other metal materials. The smelting capacity is from 4KG to 200KG.

Steel shell furnace body:

A.Furnace body structure is composed of furnace fixing frame and furnace body. Furnace fixing frame and furnace body adopt integral skeleton structure.

B.The tilting of the furnace body is controlled by hydraulic system, which is realized by lifting two hydraulic cylinders on both sides of the furnace body. The reduction of the furnace body is realized by the pressure generated by the weight of the furnace body.

C.The height and diameter of molten iron in furnace are relatively high. Referring to foreign advanced furnace models, this furnace is determined on the basis of computer analysis. With the increase of slenderness-height ratio, the natural power factor is improved and the electric efficiency is improved.

Aluminum shell furnace body:
A.Aluminum shell furnace body adopts thick high-quality aluminium alloy shell to reduce magnetic leakage and ensure furnace body strength;

B.The thick-walled induction coil adopted by Huaxin uses T2 standard copper tube, which can provide more smelting energy. The open space between turns of induction coil improves the electric efficiency.

C.Open hearth reduces water vapor and designs cooling ring at the bottom, which prolongs the life of lining.
