Since we have been providing companies with gel polish and nail treatments for over 10 years, we understand the challenges of starting your own gel polish line. We appreciate the excitement of starting your own private label, but we also understand how daunting the process can be, which is why we offer small minimums. We have broken down the process into a few easy steps help you get started.
Using fully automated printing machines, our decorating method includes hot firing of links onto glass containers.
Using fully automated filling machines, capping machines and batch coding machines, can according to your requirements to filling.
Using the high speed label manufacturing and application machinery available can print up to four colors and produce pressure sensitive labels to produce various graphic effects.
All customers outside of the China must provide us with the name of a freight forwarder to handle their shipment OR we can use your FedEx or DHL account. If we are going to use your FedEx or DHL account and you have ordered polish in bulk, then the only way we can ship via by FedEx or DHL International Priority.

1. What is the minimum amount of bottles I must purchase?
-- 1 bottle of gel polish.
2. Am I able to get samples to test out the gel polish?
- Yes, there will be an attachment in the email you received from us. in which their are pages called "Sample Order Form" , "Sample Policy", and "Credit Card Authorization Form". Please read over the sample policy, fill out the order form and credit card authorization form when ready, and either email it back to the email address it came from, or fax it to +86 20-8757-9092.
3. Am I able to name my own gel polish?
--Yes, you may name your gel polish colors at no additional charge.
4. Do you give advice and/or assistance with marketing or distribution into stores?
--No, we do not give any type of marketing advice. This is your product. It is yours to do what you wish with it.
5. How long does it take to receive my finished product?
--On first-time orders, production time is 2-4 weeks from the time your full payment is received, the virtual sample approved, and your sales order is approved.
6. How often does SusanSay release new colors?
--We release 6 new colors every season. Winter- Spring- Summer-Fall.
7. Am I able to create my own custom polish?
--Yes, however, this requires a minimum purchase of 1 kilo of gel polish per color. 1 kilo of polish will fill approximately 64 full sized(15ml) bottles of polish or about 125 mini sized(7ml) bottles. The cost per gallon can range anywhere between $50-$150.
