1.Brief Introduction of fish Vacuum fryer

1.In the vacuum state, the moisture in the intercellular of fruit and vegetable is rapidly vaporized, expanded, the gap is enlarged, the puffing effect is good, the product is crispy and delicious, and has good re-hydration performance.

2.Vacuum fryer can use steam or electric as heating power.

3.Low temperature vacuum frying machine can prevent edible oil from deterioration . It can improve the repeated utilization ratio of edible oil without adding other antioxidants, which can reduce the cost. 

 

2.Working principle of vacuum fryer 

1.In the vacuum state, the moisture in the intercellular of fruit and vegetable is rapidly vaporized, expanded, the gap is enlarged, the puffing effect is good, the product is crispy and delicious, and has good re-hydration performance.

2.General oil content of fried food is as high as 40% ~ 50%, and the vacuum oil content of fried food is only 10% ~ 20%, that can save 30% ~ 40%,the oil-saving effect is remarkable. Final fried food is crispy and not greasy, storage performance is good.

 

3.Range of application  

1. Fruit: apple, banana, kivi fruit, pineapple, winter jujube, strawberry, artocarpus heterophyllus lam, etc.

2.Vegetable: carrot, radish, sweet potato, pumpkin, garlic, onion, mushroom, white gourd, okra, etc.
