White Fused Alumina 
White Fused Alumina belongs to the group of electro-corundum. It is produced by controlled melting of alumina in an electric arc furnace. White fused alumina is iron-free, ultra pure and extremely hard. And it can be applied to so many fields as following:
White Fused Alumina for sandblasting
White fused alumina for sandblasting abrasive is processed by high quality corundum as raw material and utilized by unique advanced technology. It is characterized by short grinding time, high efficiency, good returns , low price and so on. In particular, its advantages such as high hardness, big specific gravity, good chemical stability and unique self-sharpening , it becomes the first choice for the sandblasting technics, meanwhile, it is also the ideal material for sandblasting and derusting, workpiece cleaning, and polishing.

White Fused Alumina For Precision Casting
White fused alumina is the high grade refractory raw material, main crystal system isα- Al2O3, white color. It is characterized by high volume density, low apparent porosity, stable volume and thermal stability performance and so on, it is can be used for shell making material of heavy steel casting, especially the alloy casting, core sand, coating material and melt film precision casting, and it is also can be used as half precision blasting and precision blasting material for hardened steel, alloy steel and so on.

This kind of white fused alumina electrically fused in arc furnace with high grade processed alumina as raw material. It has higher hardness and slight lower toughness comparing with brown fused alumina. It is also characterized by its high purity, ability of self-sharpening, better cutting, less heat emit, higher efficiency, acid and alkali resistance, good thermal stability. As the abrasive materials, it is suitable for grinding high-speed, high carbon steel, as loose grains, it widely used for bonded and coated abrasives , polishing,
precision casting and so on.

Comparing with brown fused alumina. It is also characterized by its high purity, acid and alkali resistance, good thermal stability. It’s the high grade refractory materials.
