Q1: Are you a trading company or factory?

A1: Both. Our own factory is mainly doing plastic items for more than 20years, OEM & ODM projects are highly welcomed. While our trading company deals with many sourcing to meet different customer's demand.

Q2:  Are free samples available?

A2:  Yes, of course. Factory provide plenty quantities of existing samples. And we only charge little cost for customized samples.


Q3: How to ensure the product quality?

A3: We have own QC to inspect goods during production, and after production. Using strict AQL inspection standard, and issue inspection report for your reference before delivering goods out.


Q4: When will the inquiry be replied?

A4: During Monday to Friday (UTC+8) working time: 9:00 am ~6:00 pm, Emails will be replied within 2 hours. In weekends and holidays, inquiried will be replied within 6hours.
