|3. Die Cutting Unit|
|1) Phase adjustment device|
1.1) The planetary gear structure.

1.3) Electric digital type phase adjustment of 360 degrees for die-cutting (both run and stop can be adjusted). Phase adjustment accuracy 0.10 mm.

|3) Speed difference adjustment device|
3.1) To ensure the die-cutting quality, adjusting device is installed on outside of the gear of pad roller, ensuring the liner sped of die-cutting roller and pad roller is equal.
3.2) Mechanical rotating pad roller movement left and right 30mm, with a radial differential device that allows the average distribution of roller wear, which greatly increase the service lifetime of roller.
Balancing adjustment to increase the stability.
4. Stacking Unit (Option)
|1). The cardboard receiving speed is synchronized with the feeding speed and can be adjusted separately.|
2). Maximum stacking height is 1600mm.
3). The stacking table is driven by the strengthened chain.
|4). The two sides of the columns are equipped with anti-falling device, which can ensure the safety of the operator.|
5). The receiving table will be acted pneumatically. The receiving table will stretch out automatically to hold the cardboard while the cardboard is stacked to a certain height.
6). Conveying belt of flat wrinkle belt, preventing the cardboard from falling down with good durability.
The front of stacker use pneumatic lift up and down. Individual adjustment of tightness of belt of cardboard receiving arm without limitation by belt length.
In the middle conveying belt can be freely adjusted the tightness according to the height of the cardboard, with strong chain driven, cardboard stacking lifting adopts electronic probesensor automatic control, strengthened chain drive, lifting mechanism for worm reducer with brake motor, the lifting part can keep the fixed position and preventing from falling
