Mould Production Process
We manufacture progressive dies for laminations from φ2.55mm to φ700mm. The maximum die that we have made is forφ580mm stator and rotor lamination. Meanwhile, we are capable of functions like interlocking,skewing, shoulder holes for laminations fromφ12mm to φ350mm.And rotation for laminations within φ250mm.
|We have proficient engineers and operators,who engage in technical research and development. We use software PRO-E, CAD-CMA,CIMA-TRON,LK/DMS5.5 for design,production and testing to ensure our products are rated as world class quality.|
In quality department, we have perfect checking and testing equipment, such as3D-CMM, universal microscopes, millimeters, hardness tester, deflection instrument, sharpened milling cutter tester, block gauges, feeler gauges, and calipers. We strictly follow technical standards and operating criterion to guarantee comprehensive quality control to every process. Technicians here guarantee every item complying with contract.
|In WEDM workshop, we have 8 sets Japan sodick Walking wire.Their precision can reach ±1μm while roughness at Ra0.1. With the development of φ0.03mm tungsten wire, we use these WEDM to process slots in width of 0.05mm and chamfer in radius of 0.05mm. Our technicians provide accurate dimensional precision and good surface finish.|
We have fourteen teams in our assemblage department, and each team have one assemblage engineer and one or two apprentices. Contract system is implemented here, which improve the enthusiasm and initiative. We also have Four sets of high speed punch press(63T,200T,220T,300T) in our trial run department, which enable us to test the performance before die delivery.
