1.Crude oil pretreatment
Crude oil is usually salty and water, which can cause corrosion of equipment. Therefore, crude oil is first desalted and dehydrated before entering atmospheric vacuum.
2. Crude distillation unit and Vacuum distillation unit(CDU and VDU)
The crude oil is pumped into the unit heat exchange system through the pump, after heat exchange into electrical desalting and dewatering. and then enter the crude oil heat exchanger system after desalination, and initially separate into the primary tower.
The bottom oil of the primary tower enters the atmospheric furnace heating, and enters the atmospheric tower for fractionation. from top to bottom, atmospheric tower top gas, atmospheric tower top naphtha, atmospheric tower first line aviation kerosene, diesel and atmospheric tower bottom heavy oil are sequentially separated. The crude oil at the bottom of the atmospheric tower is extracted by the atmospheric tower bottom pump and enters the vacuum furnace after heating, then enters the vacuum tower to separate diesel, wax oil and vacuum residue.
3. Fluid Catalytic Cracking(FCC)
FCC usually takes second times to process residual oil, and takes vacuum distillation fraction and coke wax oil as raw materials. FCC is the most commonly used production process of gasoline and diesel, which is also the most important production link of general petroleum refining chemical enterprises.
4. Continuous Catalytic Reforming (CCR)
Continuous Catalytic reforming is a process of converting light gasoline from atmospheric distillation to aromatics containing higher aromatics in the presence of catalyst and hydrogen. Under the action of catalyst, through dehydrogenation, hydrocracking, and isomerization, the hydrocarbon molecules rearrange the new molecular structure to produce C6-C9 arene products and high octane gasoline as the main purpose, and use reformed hydrogen rich hydrogen for second processing of thermal cracking, delayed coking gasoline or hydrofining diesel.
5. Hydrogenation Cracking Unit(HCU)
The basic principle of HCU is to change the relative molecular mass and hydrogen carbon ratio of oil products. There are two ways to change the hydrogen and carbon ratio of oil products, one is decarburization, and another is hydrogenation. On one hand, heavy oil can be converted into gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other light oil products through cracking reaction. On the other hand, a large amount of coke can be prevented as FCC, and the sulfur, chlorine and oxygen compounds in the raw materials can be removed by hydrogenation to make the olefin saturated.
6. Delayed Coking Unit (DCU)
Delayed coking unit is based on residual oil or dirty oil or crude oil as raw material, and is heated to a certain temperature through a reheating furnace and then enters the coke tower. a series of reactions such as cracking and condensation occurred under the suitable temperature and pressure conditions in the tower, and the process of producing gas, gasoline, diesel, wax oil, circulating oil components and coke was produced.
7. Distillate Hydrotreating Unit(DHU)
Distillate Hydrotreating unit refers to the hydrogen solution of various non hydrocarbon compounds in oil products under certain conditions of temperature and pressure, with the presence of catalyst and hydrogen, and then removed from the oil in order to achieve the purpose of refining the oil.
