1. Description: We provide 3Q3358-8 Titeseal Sealant Sealing Compound according to the model and drawing number of DEC,HEC,SEC,etc, the drawings or the samples you supply. Suitable for 300MW, 330MW, 600MW, 660MW, and 1000MW generator units.
2). pre fill the 3Q3358-8 Titeseal Sealant Sealing Compound to the sealing groove of the end cover joint, close the cover and tighten the bolt to the specified torque evenly.
3). use the special injection glue gun from the glue hole of the horizontal joint surface to inject the T2575 seal hydrogen sealant into the sealing groove slowly.
4). It's mainly applied to the hydrogen seal of the end cover of the high capacity hydrogen cooled turbo generator set above 300MW and the hydrogen seal of the excited end and the sealing of the hydrogen seal of the generator outlet casing.
