UC360c is an ultrasonic precision spray coater for research or manufacturing which includes XYZ servo motion system and constant liquid delivery system. By using patented ultrasonic spray coating technology, it can make highly uniform nano-scale thin film coatings, such as fuel cell, solar cell, glass coating, TCO, electronics, etc.
1. Ultrasonic spray coating system includes XYZ motion system, patented ultrasonic spray nozzle, ultrasonic generator,constant liquid delivery system and air control. It is suitable for nano thin film coating e.g. solar cell, fuel cell, glass coating etc..
2.High efficiency spray, the material usage ratio > 95%.
3.Maximum spray area: 500mm*500mm
4.Patented full digital ultrasonic generator, 4 CPUs provide high stable operation of nozzle.
6.Constant syringe pump provides constant liquid delivery.
7.Compatible with all series of Siansonic® ultrasonic nozzle. Various of spray width from1mm to 100mm, and flow rate 0.001ml/min-50ml/min.
