Q.2. What is the minimum order quantity?
To optimize shipping / freight cost which is the usual concern of all our clients, we suggest a 1x20’container FCL shipment. However LCL will be considered on a case to case basis.
Q.3. What assurance do our clients have on quality packaging?
We emphasize on every nitty-gritty activity required to ensure quality & compliance such as new wooden case standard determined by EU prior to each shipment.
Q.4. What is the quality assurance?
We have enough experience and understand the tastes of the different international markets very well. Our experienced QC staffs inspect tiles personally. We adhere to all quality parameters and only supplying quality products. Also we are open to independent third part inspections from any outside agencies like SGS, Llyods etc.
We wish to build long term relationship with our customers. In case of any deficiency in quality or service the material is replaced free of cost or the customer is suitably compensated.
Q.5. What about the delivery time?
It is anticipated to take 20-40days depending on early confirmation of order specifications and other customized requirements. To escalate delivery, we suggest our clients send us drawing and detail specifications during initial discussion / negotiation.
Q.6. What is the mode of payment?
For international client, irrevocable L/C at sight would be the most appropriate payment channel whilst for local client, a pre-negotiated payment term can be established. As a guideline, we suggest an advance payment of 30-40% value (or down payment) upon confirmation and the remaining of 60-70% should be paid after the bill of loading issued.
Q.7. Can client choose or have options on shipment arrangement?
Our answer is YES. Our valued clients can opt for FOB, CIF, or C&F. If any other request, please do not hesitate to contact us for further details.

15-20days to west America main ports
28-35days to east America main ports

Q.9. Are all of samples sent freely?
Generally, samples sent by express mail. We send small samples freely to serious clients for the evaluation. Heavy or valued samples could be sent against specific requirements and on freight collect (to pay) basis. Nevertheless once we receive your valued order the cost of samples will be reduced from the invoice. Kindly do let us know about yourself in detail to forge business relationships.
