It also allows chlorinated alkane to dehydrochlorinate to olefin. The dechlorination agent is made of a metal oxide with excellent performance as an active component and is prepared by a special process.
The dechlorinating agent in water is a reagent that can remove residual chlorine in water. Hydrogen peroxide is oxidative and reducible. When it encounters an oxidant, it shows reducibility, and it shows oxidation when it encounters a strong reducing agent. The single element reaction of hydrogen peroxide with chlorine is as follows:
