The RH5885H V3 features high computing performance, large storage capacity, low energy consumption, high reliability, and easy deployment and management. With these features, the RH5885H V3 is suited for high-performance computing (HPC), databases, virtualization, basic enterprise applications, and telecommunication service applications.

PCIe slots on PCIe riser cards 1 and 2

PCIe riser card 1 provides slots 1 to 6, and PCIe riser card 2 provides slots 7 to 12.

PCIe riser cards 1 and 2 provide four or six PCIe slots, but six PCIe slots are always displayed on the rear panel.
  • If an RH5885H V3 is not configured with NVMe PCIe SSDs, both a 4-slot PCIe riser card and a 6-slot PCIe riser card can be installed on the server.
  • If an RH5885H V3 is configured with NVMe PCIe SSDs, PCIe riser cards 1 and 2 must be 4-slot PCIe riser cards.
  • If PCIe riser card 1 provides four PCIe slots, slots 2 and 5 are unavailable.
